About Alverium
Alverium is a spatial desktop workstation for serious traders and researchers. It provides a single canvas of live panels, execution across multiple venues, and local-first AI, alongside an open marketplace of plugins, strategies and tools.
A single workspace
Charts, order books, wallets, DEX monitors, strategy consoles, terminals and AI panels run together on one spatial canvas and link by symbol. The workspace is built for how operators actually work: you pan, zoom, snap and connect panels rather than switch between tabs.
Local-first by design
Your keys never leave your machine. Alverium is local-first, with layered encryption, OS keychain integration and no cloud dependency by default. Alverium AI (SAGE) reads your canvas on your device, and the cloud only receives what you explicitly allow. The backend is written in Rust, and the application runs natively on macOS, Windows and Linux.
An open ecosystem
The marketplace is the trust root and commerce plane for the Alverium plugin ecosystem. It issues engine licences, hosts the signed plugin and pack feed, runs the review pipelines, and powers accounts, billing and payouts. The Plugin SDK is open source, released under the MIT licence. Plugins run under a three-tier security model: sandboxed community plugins, permission-gated elevated plugins, and Alverium-signed system plugins.
